Marines Club Yachts is a registered luxury marine services brand 100% owned, managed, and operated by AlKhuzam Development and Trading LLC, a duly registered company operating in accordance with the Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The brand operates through and in affiliation with its subsidiaries and associated entities, including but not limited to Weyacom Estates Ltd and Yachts Charters, Cruises & Sales – Travel & Tourism.

All operations, management decisions, contractual obligations, and brand governance are subject to and governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise stated.

  1. Scope of Services

Marines Club Yachts provides premium marine and yachting services, including but not limited to:

Luxury yacht charters (hourly, daily, and multi-day)

Private and bespoke cruises

Corporate and VIP marine events

Yacht sales and brokerage services

Customized marine and lifestyle experiences

All services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, maritime laws, and safety requirements.

  1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to confirmation upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking.

Prices may vary depending on yacht type, duration, location, season, and additional services.

Payments are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Cancellation and refund policies are communicated separately at the time of booking and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Comply with all safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.

Respect maritime laws, port authority regulations, and local laws applicable to the location of operation.

Avoid any behavior that may endanger passengers, crew, vessel, or marine life.

Be financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests during the charter period.

  1. Safety & Liability

All yachts are operated by certified captains and professional crew in compliance with maritime safety regulations.

Marines Club Yachts shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, force majeure, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen maritime circumstances.

Clients participate in marine activities at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sea travel.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, brand names, visuals, and materials related to Marines Club Yachts are the exclusive intellectual property of AlKhuzam Development and Trading LLC and/or its affiliates. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

Client data is collected and processed solely for operational, contractual, and legal purposes. Marines Club Yachts is committed to protecting client privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and other relevant jurisdictions.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, services provided, or contractual relationships shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Amendments

Marines Club Yachts reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions shall be effective immediately upon publication.
