Refund Policy for MARINES CLUB
At Marines Club, we strive to provide our customers with the best boating experience. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our refund policy is clear and fair.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your boat rental reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:
– Cancellation Notice of More than 48 Hours: If you cancel your rental more than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total rental fee.
– Cancellation Notice of Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will not be eligible for a refund.
– No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled rental and do not provide prior notice, you will not receive a refund.
2. Cancellation by MARINES CLUB:
In the unlikely event that We must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, mechanical issues), you will be offered the following options:
– A full refund of the total rental fee.
– The option to reschedule your rental for another date.
3. Process for Refunds
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
3. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
4. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a special circumstance that requires a different consideration, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Policy Changes
Marines Club reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy prior to making a reservation.
